Call us on 1300 112 358 and our receptionist can work out a time that suits you. She will need to know if it’s an initial consult or follow-up appointment. An initial consult for cosmetic surgery usually needs more time, about an hour, to discuss your options.
You will need to provide your credit card number to secure the appointment, and a deposit may be required.
Then, download our initial consultation form.You can save time if you fill this in at home and either return it to us by fax (02 8824 3877) or email (info@norwestplasticsurgery.com.au) prior to your appointment, or bring the completed form with you.
Some procedures require in depth medical histories and review of your previous investigations. Please bring in any recent and relevant blood tests, X-rays or other imaging.
Before your appointment, take the time to think about what you want to achieve from your procedure. This may be increased confidence, the enhancement of your best features, or support as you recover from illness or injury.
Fees
Our fees for an initial consultation are $180. If the consult is for a reconstructive procedure, you may get some of this back from Medicare.
Cosmetic consultations cost $220, and a deposit ($100) is required at the time of booking, as they usually require a longer period of discussion.
At least 48 hours notice is required for cancellation, so we can ensure that all patients are treated fairly and given the opportunity to bring their appointments forward. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit.
What to expect
During your appointment your doctor will discuss your needs and concerns, and show you some different options available for your cosmetic or reconstructive procedure.
Many reconstructive and cosmetic procedures are best illustrated through images or photography. At Norwest Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery, digital photography is used as a tool in planning and assessing the outcome of your procedure.
We take every effort to ensure these images are not personally identifiable. You can request that your own images are not used on our website or in our marketing material, and this will be noted in your file to ensure that your wishes are adhered to.
